Welcome to Geolysis! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Geolysis Microsoft Excel Addin (the “Service”), operated by Geolysis (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. There are no age restrictions on the use of this Service, but we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We use Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL.js) to securely authenticate users through Microsoft's identity platform. By registering and logging into the Service, you agree to comply with the authentication process and any related security requirements.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service or our systems;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
• Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful or malicious content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Geolysis or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
